Position: Purchasing & Inventory Senior Supervisor https://lnkd.in/gpeXadiZ

Placement: Cilandak - South Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Develop purchasing strategies and supplier master files

• Selecting potential vendors and negotiating contracts

• Reviewing and processing purchase orders

• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Maintain accurate inventory master files, develop inventory controls, and monitor stock life cycles

• Track incoming inventory, and delivery arrival times, and record actual arrival times

• Develop a team and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university

• 3 years of working experience in the same field

• Preferably have experience in the retail industry

• Excellent in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint

• Accurate and precise attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, define, and process contracts

• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
