Job Responsibilities

Control and tracking LOT of Polymer product.

Introduces lab and testing optimization; develops analysis methods; standardizes analysis methods and procedures.

Create the Standard Operation Procedure and Calibration Procedure for each instrument. Adjusts lab equipment settings; makes modifications as trained.

Establishes lab procedures, creates and manages lab-related documentation; organizes laboratory activities; implements EH&S processes and procedure for lab.

Investigation of process trouble & Claim/Complaint and make report for troubleshooting.

Performs other duties assigned by management that generally fall within the expected scope of this position.

Min. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Analysis, Chemistry or equivalent.

Max. 2 years capacity as a Monomer Lab.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in Laboratory.

Knowledge of and experience with laboratory equipment including, but not limited to, Monomer/Polymer tests, Gas chromatography (GC), and General analysis equipment and methods.

Solid understanding of theoritical aspects of Polymer.

Experience in petrochemical or refinery company.
